Platform
Let gaming be fun, not stressful
3999b believes that online betting is purely a form of entertainment — not a source of income. The mental and financial wellbeing of every player is our top priority. That is why we have built a range of protective tools and support systems to keep you in control at all times.
Remember — placing bets is a way to have fun, and the outcome of every bet depends entirely on chance. You should never chase losses by placing more bets. At 3999b, we are always ready to guide you on the right path.
Only those aged 21 or above may open an account and play at 3999b. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited and this is our highest priority.
21+ Age Limit — This Is Mandatory
You must be at least 21 years old to play at 3999b. Age is verified when opening an account. We follow an identity document-based verification process and reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account in any suspicious case. If you know someone who is a minor and is attempting to play, please contact us.
Control Is in Your Hands
3999b gives you several smart tools to help you manage your own betting habits.
Set Deposit Limits
You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period — this helps prevent decisions made on impulse.
Time-Out Break
If you feel you need a break, you can take a time-out for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time your account remains active, but you will not be able to place bets. You can return normally once the break is over.
Self-Exclusion Feature
If you want to stop playing for an extended period, you can choose self-exclusion. Your account can be closed for 6 months to 5 years, or permanently. During this time your account will be completely locked and you will not be able to log in.
Activity Review
You can view your deposit, withdrawal, and betting history in your account at any time. It is a good idea to review this information regularly to understand your own patterns. Transparency is the foundation of healthy betting habits.
24/7 Support Service
3999b's live chat support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Support is available in both Bengali and English. For any issue, you can email [email protected].
Protection for Minors
If there are children in your home, use a PIN or password on your device so they cannot access your account. It is recommended to use internet filtering software for minors.

Complete Guide to Responsible Betting
How Deposit Limits Work
By setting a deposit limit at 3999b, you decide for yourself how much money you will deposit within a given period. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. However, if you request to increase a limit, we wait 7 days — during this time you have the opportunity to reconsider. This is a protective measure that aligns with human nature.
A minimum of ৳200 can be deposited via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Your set limit will apply on top of this amount.
Self-Exclusion — When and How
Self-exclusion is the most powerful protection tool. When you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life, this is the option you should choose. During self-exclusion your account is completely closed. Contact our support team for any withdrawals during this time.
In the case of permanent self-exclusion, the account cannot be reopened. This is a serious decision, but the right step when necessary.
Is Betting Becoming a Problem for Me?
Ask yourself this question: "Am I playing for fun, or do I feel compelled to play?" If the answer is the latter, this is an early sign of problem betting. Feeling concerned about your betting is nothing to be ashamed of — it happens to many people. Asking for help takes courage.

Remember — if your 3999b account is logged in on your device, keep it locked so younger family members cannot access it.
